Thanks! Love fujii , idk if something with this kinda pacing would get an anime but i think it'd do well as a live action (or maybe some kinda prequel of his student years lol)

and it's good she has a friend to talk to it about but even if it's true feels like it'd be good to threaten to like sue that one guy for slander or be harsh about it, but i guess it's good to not bother , versus being passive aggressive about it the next time they get dragged to an office drinking party like "Well maybe i'd drink with you guys more often if you weren't gossiping about my sex life behind my back"

Fujii-san is officially my hero. Out of the many gyarus, gloomy girls, herbivore teenage boys, and yanderes I have suffered through recently , a confident 42 year old office worker with a fantastic view of life is so good. The two supporting characters, Ishikawa and Tanaka, are great too. I hope this gets TLed further, thank you!

I see it as a good step forward. It seems like she's never had proper intimacy: going from seeing sex as a paid transaction to something that can be enjoyed for the sake of enjoyment is a positive step.

Agreed, I’ve seen more positive mindset from people that can see sex as any other activities than gatekeep it as something sacred (regardless of how they actually practice that in life). Still, the fact that people tend to curios about this topic is comprehensible (and tiresome, welp).
