  • How many toxic stereotypes about bassists do you one want to portray?
  • YES.

Seriously, though, thanks for the chapter. I like that the author actually explores musical nuances instead of just showing cute oujo-sama playing hard rock. Also, since Hamazi recommended the first volume of this manga, seeing a place similar to Seika's club, I thought it would be good to see a collaboration, even a humorous one, between the two.

When I first started this I didn't realize it was licensed, so now I'm unsure whether I want to continue this or move onto a different series. I wanted to at least finish of the rest of this volume though. Let me know what you guys think? I saw that volume 2 doesn't get released until March of 2026 and I didn't see plans for future volumes posted yet. It's a long ways off. However, I could be doing a manga that isn't getting much love.
I'm already working on Kimi no Tame Nara Shineru(slowly) and Sugar Girl Drip as it releases so an easy manga with minimal editing around SFX would be lovely.
Edit: Yuri manga preferably. (This doesn't mean it has to be romance. A close, special relationship between women whether subtextual or not counts too.)

I wouldn't mind reading some Class S yuri that haven't been translated yet. Something like the Flowers visual novel, if you know what I mean. People tend to prefer things with a CGDCT focus, so such titles are often ignored.

I love the Flowers series and Class S to death. Is there something recent like that around? I worry that manga like that would have a lot of text outside of bubbles and in hair and stuff though...

I don't know anything new, but I can look for something later if others don't offer you any interesting titles. Ideally, I would like to read some manga based on Flowers, but it seems they only released audio dramas and fanbooks.

Are bassists normally toxic? I'm not that deep into band dynamics, so I'm legitimately confused.

There's a stereotype that most bassists are overly energetic and emotional, often to the point of being daredevils. This is largely based on the meme that bassists supposedly suffer from a Napoleon complex due to the prejudices people hold toward the bass guitar. For example, people will say that you are the most active on stage or perform the vocal parts because "the bass player supposedly gets the easy parts." But of course, this is nothing more than a musical area stereotype, and you can easily find bands where bassists are the quietest or most introverted members.

Ririsa is right. This bitch showed up to a band that isn't hers, is ordering who stays and who leaves, and is mad because they are "wasting time" instead of focusing on winning a bet she let someone else make in her stead.
It would be 100% acceptable for them to tell her to fuck herself; she could probably get two other people to fight those gals.

I would love to read the rest of 'I Wouldn't Mind Being Loved'. Assuming you clear it with the old group. Maybe a colab.

Please continue this series! I loved the anime so much, and I really wanna see how the story continues beyond where the anime ended. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that way.
