Someone with clear issues of some kind. Rather, I'm amazed that he paid attention to the flowers she picked, as to make out that they weren't the type to be planted on their own property, and as such "to be taken illegally".

And if he didn't and just blamed his daughter that recklessly...i can understand why she hates him so profoundly.

I would understand if it was "now you come with me to apologize to the owner of the garden where you picked these flowers from", involving the police is going too far. Also don't the consequences of minors' actions fall on their parents? For a father who's head of the police and is supposedly "never wrong" that's a pretty big oversight...

Also typo at page 12, should be "turn you TO the police".
