Tina slowly coming into her own is a joy to witness.

Her story is one of traveling the longest road, out of all of them--but the tie-in of "rock" being a way to true freedom of expression of the self, and her peeling back the layers that have been built up around her by others' expectations to find the True Tina beneath it all, makes for a great bit of character-driven narrative that still holds true to the music they play that the manga is based around.

But even beyond her - they each have their own reasons for getting to that Main Stage, but it's clear that each of them are starting to see the meaning of what they're doing crystallizing before them. And they all support one another--even Shiraya's mellowed out a lot, including toward Tina, and it's just great to see.

Subtextual language is a normal part of Japanese communication, but sometimes the sexual metaphors are so bold that even within the context of comedy it becomes somewhat difficult to perceive them as grotesque conventions.
