Hmmm I kinda get why the mother was like this but like. Separating your child from her father especially when said father is interested in being in her life is pretty disgusting. And trying to force your view on said kid when said kid wants to meet up with and spend time with her father is even worse.

Ah well happy end. I don't think they got married. With how the mother acts why would you want to get married to her even if you still love her all these years. They probably just continued the relationship they had before just that the father and his daughter don't have to be secretive about it.
