Did this just reference The First Take and JJK's three-way jujutsushi-deadlock?
I think Altra's design is really neat, and the characters are all fun, but I'm not sure if I'll enjoy this; I'm waiting to see if this will offer anything more than gags and entertainment. I also hope that the curses interact with each other instead of just with Roku. The first chapter hints at more serious backstories, but I'm not sure how central this main plotline will be to the series.
I wonder if Seiroku's name having the kanji for "six" means anything. It could just be a pun turning "Roku's House of Oddities" to "House For Six of Oddities." A more interesting but less likely theory is that perhaps Roku is somehow himself related to the curses??
