as @Talismaster said, the first and fifth major arcana are the Magician and the Hierophant, rather than the "mage" and "pope", respectively.

It depends on the deck. Some call the Magician the “Magus”, and Hierophant is known as the “Pope”. The names used in Persona have become highly popularized due to the franchise’s popularity. Obviously. I’m just stating we’re about to go Persona or Stardust Crusaders in terms of chuuni codenames. No idea if there’s a mistranslation as chuunibyou names can be weird with their kanji and readings.
