I kind of saw that one coming since the girl already did show her bead. And seeing all these kids here in this temple. I just thought it might be the same reason.

Also, if they still are wearing the beads that means they aren't as strong enough as Ranna to break free. Or it could be that the beads have went through improvement in the meantime.
