I think Raino's feeling are genuine here 🤔
Cause the effect of magic is on bad girls to fall for Rokudou. And Raino isn't a bad girl anymore. And yet she still have feelings for him.
Same goes for Minami (Former Bat girl)

Cause other girls which were head over heels for him before, are now barely showing any romantic interest in him after turning somewhat "good"
