@DreamCarver A sadistic side of me wants whenever the mark to go away everyone else still loves being around Rokudou except Ranna ultimately walks off leaving Rokudou hurt because he finally allows himself to love Ranna over everyone else. The story does not seem to be going down this path however which is fine.
@PuddenJelly Y u gotta hurt me like dat
@spriteporn That’s not entirety true though. Ranna’s changes aren’t very obvious but over time she has gone from being a solid loner to interacting with others without Rokudou pushing her to do so (albeit sparse and mostly because the intent revolves around Rokudou but it’s a start). Also the bit with the Gremlin. The Gremlins turn any delinquent into good people which shows someone like Ling Lan no longer harboring feelings for Rokudou. When the Gremlins are used on Ranna however she becomes a husk. An empty shell. At the same time unlike anyone else Ranna was able to break free from the Gremlins and that is because of something to do with her feelings for Rokudou. The Gremlins are suppose to negate the mark so it shows some kind of possibility that perhaps Ranna may legitimately harbor some honest feelings for him. Who’s to say though. At the very least these are some character development rather than no development regardless if you find them interesting or not.
