It was nice enough, but for a romance series, ther was not a lot of chemistry between the 2 leads.

It was a pretty good story but left parts unexplained never really explained completely the supernatural stuff like does the super human of everyone that is evil really come from devils who was the gramps of the mc , where is his dad and mom at least in other mangas they say they are in a business trip or dead but this time nothing, it doesnt explain in any way the whole omnyojutsu the mc never speaks with that old man about his power for no reason, well thats about the stuff i remenber of the top of my head and too the whole ending being open in the sense that the mc didnt purify completely ranna and the girl that was released in jail it seems the author wants to have a window for a continuation just in case and with the anime coming out, you never know.

What ever it is for a harem battle shonen story like this surviving till the end in this day and age without being axe is a great achievement. For me I just really love the art and how nice the mc progression is, a nice and fun story but yeah the 2 leads really should have had more romance time.

After finishing the anime I was excited to see Rokudou's growth and was pleasantly surprised, but unfortunately I think that last arc really did it in for the longevity of the series. Way too much time was spent on Chiyo, like 60 fucking chapters for a character who didn't exist prior to the arc, and and unfortunately almost none of the interesting mysterious shit introduced during the run of the series really panned out.

We didn't get to see really any of who Ranna's real parents were or what her deal was, or what the deal with Rokudou's grandpa was and the origin of the magic or like any real character development from the rest of the cast outside of their introductory arcs which seemed insane considering this series is actually pretty long so I'm rather disappointed for that.

I was seriously expecting this to go the route of like some insane battle shounen pathing considering the volume of fights already and the mysterious backgrounds of Ranna and Rokudou's family but I'm rather saddened to not see anything there but it was fun atleast and I was happy to atleast see Rokudou grew up through the series and Ranna finally coming around.

Yeah, this was a pretty enjoyable manga with fun characters but that last arc was awful after awhile. It's a shame that the story ended with a simmer, I think the final arc should have been more about Ranna and the MC power but I guess this is fine.

I love this series but even I agree the last arc kinda runs on too long. That being said this is still one of my favorite manga and it'd be fun if we got more. Gonna check out that anime now.

This was pretty awful. Rana was probably one of the worst heroines I've ever seen. No personality other than "gross looking psychopath".

He should've ended up with the cross dressing girl. She was actually amazing and deserved it a lot more.

This was truly a terrible ending. What a waste of time...
