Romance manga suggestions?

Hey I'm looking for some recommendations!

Specifically, I like the trope where the male lead is something of a playboy/good with women, but is shy/awkward around the main female he likes. I think I just really like the "male leads falls first trope" since it's so often the other way around in romance manga (especially shoujo haha). Basically, anything where the male lead is struggling to express his feelings for the main female lead, or perhaps he had a change of heart and now wants to express his feelings. The trope where the male lead rejects the female lead, the female lead begins to move on, and the male lead then comes to like the female lead are also good. Or similarly, one where the male lead confesses to the female lead and she doesn't believe him (either because she doesn't know him/he's a womanizer/etc)

I'm just trying to get some romance fixes lol

Some examples are:
Mattsun and Mari from Nijiiro Days
Mako and Aki from Mako to Aki-chan no Koigokoro
Riku and Ten from Short Cake Cake
Shiori and Itsuki from Chouchou Koi
Ryou and Ichika from Koi to Yobu Niwa Kimochi Warui
Prez and Sonoda from Seito Kaishitsu Kare ga Doku wo Haku Riyuu Megane no Uso

and some others I don't care to look up atm haha

Any and all suggestions are welcome! They don't have to strictly be shoujo manga!

Thanks in advance!

Jinshi and Maomao from Kusuriya no Hitorigoto
Both men and women seem to fall for Jinshi, but he develops an interest in the heroine. Slow-moving and not normally focusing on romance, but good. If you've read the manga, I'd also recommend the web novel for this.

Ouran High School Host Club, Skip Beat!, Yona of the Dawn, and Say "I Love You", are pretty well-known, but if you haven't read them I'd suggest them too.

To be honest I'm also trying to find romance manga with similar tropes. Sorry that my suggestion probably aren't too helpful 😅
