So it seems the president of South Korea in this manhwa is in kahoots with the mafia, using them to do his dirty work. Wouldn't that mean the leader of South Korea has had a hand in the MC's parents' deaths, and thus be a target?

He had a big hand in the cover up, hence he and every other parent of those kids is on the kill list
