I continue to be in awe of this manga. There's so much depth and thinking that's clearly gone into it, the author is simultaneously doing such zany twists on everything but also remaining incredibly true to the original Nibelungenlied and deftly weaving in lore, references and details galore. The world and character building is superb, all while managing to stay true to absolutely raunchy comedy yet very serious at the same time. Now we've got the hyperbaric time chamber power of teamwork, and on the other side an excellent after party while smoothly bringing Atilla back into it despite him having "lost" officially by the rules, and all in a really natural way that can be enjoyed whether you have read the epic poems or not. Meanwhile also as in the original there is subterfuge going on. Thanks as always for the translations, such an absolutely peak series.

I just have a bad feeling about all of this. Everything seems to imply that Lynn is not, never has has been, and never will be her own person with her own will. She is always going to be bound by this wish, that she herself did not make. She doesn't know it yet however. If and when this wish comes true, then what? It's not unlikely that Lynn as a whole disappears, with her "purpose" being fulfilled. It seems that even Sieg himself is aware of this possibility, but perhaps not allowing Lynn to achieve this dream would be even worse for her. I guess I just can't help but think of the darker implications of all this.
