The joke's kinda stale, sure, but it is the whole theme of Beowulf's team (Netherland?), so that's expected.
Also, the whole point of this manga is to make silly sex jokes, kinda been that way since the beginning.

If anything, I feel like the tournament arc is getting really boring, I stopped reading for almost a year because of it.
