Yeah, it is already up to 129. The chapters are ridiculously short though. Like 9 to 13 pages. So it's quick to catch up.
The only reason to translate them again, is to fix the obvious tl mistakes in the other translation.

As stated from others, the official translation is up to chapter 129. No need to waste resources to translate, when there are rips off them on different aggregators.
