One of the few mangas where I have to agree with the sane and average person to give the protagonist a wake-up call for reality.
Cause it is an unhealthy and unstable mental state if continuing to be delusional.
Heck, he even has a fiancee who is a voice actress in his favourite anime and song and yet he still rejects it.
