Already read the rest of it on Kindle with the official licensed translation. They have it where you can read it for free so long as you have a subscription there.

Ending was a bit of a downer.

Right there. Site used to be Azuki.co, and it has a 14-day free trial. You can just binge the rest in 2 weeks pretty easily if you've never had an omoi.com sub. Personally, I'd recommend paying $5 anyway just to show support to the author and the series, but I understand if that's not possible.

I actually discovered this manga over there, and never knew it was on Mangadex. I read it over several months, paying $5 each time. I did however take breaks from time to time to let the chapters accumulate.
