This doesn't sit well with me at all. It doesn't make sense. She just up and leaves her without telling, meets her again and doesn't remember her at all. And even after the "7 years ago you left me" speech it still didn't click instantly?? I feel like if the author made a new one shot in the POV of the other girl so many things would click. Like maybe home girl was sick and got that random cliché amnesia or something. Idk.. MC girl is kind of dumb for taking her back so easily, especially since she isn't even explaining herself? That's some serious red flag shit. Either we're missing something or this is just trash

Girl disappeared without even telling her lover anything, and then had 4 rumors about her afterward. Sure girls like making shit up, but there's no smoke without fire, especially when there's 4 of them at the same time.

Edit: also, the MC didn't even change drastically (she just removed her glasses), yet Oono failed to recognize her at all.

Yeah I too bet those rumors were true and I doubt she felt sad about having to say good bye.
But honestly I feel like she wants to sweep her past under the rug and start fresh with her.
I don’t believe she’s currently cheating on her, I think she actually does care about her now (unlike in the past). Although no longer a “playboy”
She still seems like smooth operator who gets what she wants
