Well... that's the end of it. There are three bonus chapters afterwards, but they don't feature the MC Tadano at all.

Yes, my MTL isn't perfect, but if the ending seemed choppy and out of nowhere, that's because it was -- the series got axed abruptly. There's really not much more of an explanation as to where the cover girl came from, nor what her purpose was. (This seems to be backed up by someone who can actually TL).

Thanks for joining on the ride, just wanted to finish off this series. Maybe I'll get around to the bonus chapters at some point if I can make heads or tails out of it.

Yup that was such an abrupt ending & glad I was prepared for it. We still don't answers to who that thot really is & doubt that the extra chapters will clear things up. Jorori sensei is an hentai author so whether they were told to wrap it up immediately or just gave up doesn't really matter much since the core of the story was chaotic (like seriously the plot point with Tadano's next neighbor went no where aside showing how big her libido is). Anyways it was fun reading this & appreciate that I could see the ending (lack of one) of this story. Thanks for the chapters.

That was certainly… an ending. It’s actually better than I expected - I just assumed Tadano would get the short end of the stick for like 20 volumes, so it’s nice that he got some Ws in the finale. The Thot is just the definition of a Manic Pixie Dream Girl, though.

Also I never realized this was the same author as that one fireworks doujin. You know the one.

well fun read...wish there was more "plot". Think the author wanted to go back to drawing doujins, there is an extra chapter chapter after this just as long with FMC doing more hijinks seemingly helping someone else, not sure if its the last chapter

For the record, since 3 chapters obviously isn't enough to fill a book, the vol 3 tankoubon ended up also featuring some reprints of a two-shot and a one-shot Jorori had back late 2021/early 2022 in Young Champion Retsu to pad out the length. They're not really related to anything other than "Jorori also had these published in one of the Young Champion titles".

The oneshot in particular (titled "Untitled Document") had some aspects to it that were absolutely recycled for use in RtE (e.g. the thot's design was basically the character from this oneshot + more piercings, the "space alien" scene).

Speaking of recycling, Jorori's gotten active on pixiv/fanbox again and his latest doujin is about a clone design-wise of our favorite OL gooner from this series who accidentally goes from broke wannabe video game streamer to raking in big onlyfans money.
