How sad it is for a family to be so twisted that they do these broken psychopathic things to each other to even have a "relationship". Dion probably once upon a time wanted to be close to his siblings and sees himself in Roxanne and so this skinship we're seeing is what would normally be seen as incesty romantic skinship, but instead is a way for them to be "close" to each other. When normal conversation doesn't really work....
