I don't think you can count that account as translating. They only show snippets of the story and recommend different titles as far as I can tell. (Apparently also where you can read some stories, but who knows if they really do)
I do know that there are accounts who translate, but most of them are private cause some authors are vicious when it comes to hunting😢
