I remember the pilot leaned a bit on the Western dragon look but with how long the series is going now, I bet there's some changes.

I find it really funny how the mom is reacting as she should've done in the very first chapter lol "omg my daughter is showing a mutation that could be dangerous to herself and everyone around her... well, whatever, up to you, you can't miss class for something TRIVIAL like that, anyway I'm busy, bye!" that was her back then lol

I don't think she's treating the situation as seriously as it deserves, still. Like, "hey, this half-dragon with multiple powerful abilities is about to lose control of them, let's send her off to the most crowded space in school - the canteen during a lunch break!"
What the hell kind of thinking goes into doing something like that, from all involved?

Well when a bard meets a dragon... Or a donkey meets a dragon... Or a manga protagonist meets a dragon...

About time. The Slice of Life events could only go on for so long before it got boring. Introducing newer elements or diving into the fantasy part was much needed in order to maintain any interest in the longer run.
