Finally at vol 4, and the anime is finished. Interestingly it didn't end up deviating too much from the source for that final episode, just skipped this chapter and covered ch 20-21 instead. Not sure about episode 12 though, that doesn't come up in volume 4, and I haven't bought the rest of them yet.

What's the release schedule for the original chapters? I'm always impressed by the level of detail in the drawings.

I understand why they skipped this one to go all out with onsen episode for the anime finale, it was amazing in various ways, let's see how much the manga will show too hehehehehe:meguusmug:

Thank you for completing the full volume!

Ah these caves, I hope they don't start exploring the meme caves with narrow entrances :wtf:

It's been a consistent 1 volume/year (+/- a few months) since 2020, with the exception of 2 volumes within 2 months this year, so the author got motivated hard by the anime release. Averaged out 2 months per chapter besides volume 7, which was 2 months for a whole volume.

Yeah, I noticed the building in that last panel and immediately thought "Hey, wait... Isn't this building from EP 13 of the anime?"🤔

There's some pretty long stalactites (or "efflorescence," apparently) hanging from a stone bridge in a national park near me. I always thought it was super cool and wondered about it a lot, particularly since the bridge is probably less than 100 years old. It's cool to know that it's similar, but not quite, the same thing as what causes stalactites to form in caves.

Thanks for the chapter!

EDIT: This led me down a bit of a rabbit hole; there's also Calthemite deposits that are similar to efflorescence, but not quite the same thing? I'm lacking the requisite geology background to be able to understand the difference. Fascinating stuff regardless.
