You'd have to be lucky enough to find any since it takes ages for the offical to catch up. J Novel screwed us a dozen times at once...

fuck sake, another one. Hate when this shit happens. Not everyone has access to buy the localized versions, plus the inevitable changes to the translation bc these people don't fucking care, they don't come close to having the same level of care with the series as fan scanlators, since they're just doing it for the money and numbers. Not to mention the chance of it getting the ''Modern audience'' treatment, where they needlessly change shit to fit a political narrative (like Seven Seas/Crunchyroll/American ''localizers'' fucking love to to, be it anime, manga, novels or even games). I really should start getting more in-depth japanese knowledge beyond just katakana/hiragana basics so I can read straight from the raws
Thanks for all the work you've done with this series nonetheless
My favorite thing is when something is officially translated into english and I cannot get it even in America. Who the fuck said lets translate something into english and not release it in America? Mangaup has pulled that shit on me multiple times in particular.

They never had Tokyo Ravens, that one's never been licensed by others either. And what are those others you mention? I know they've dropped at least one manga( Discommunication) but I'm not aware of any novels.
Discommunication wasn't dropped, they licensed an Omnibus edition which was only 7 volumes vs the original 13.

The only time JNC has ever dropped a series is when the publisher axed it and revoked their license, and that has happened once.

I've been expected this to be dropped when I see the official link pop up, but it's still suck knowing it coming. It's even more suck that the translation quality probably will drop.

Thank you for your hard work till now. You've done well...

Hate that you're dropping this.
I can understand the logic behind it, but i always feel like it's empty platitudes towards the actual authors. Pretty sure a lot of them consider fan translations to be a horrendous crime, so you're not earning any brownie points for stopping, as in their eyes you're an irredeemable thief.

I feel sad. In my language doesn't have a official translation, but in fan translation it's very slow update. Read english fan translation it's my alternate tbh :'(. Thanks for translated until now.

Thanks for translating what you have.

Don't know how I feel about licensing such as this, because I'm certain they look to mangadex and see what's popular when getting their deals. Something about doing so feels so... It was previously fans who were translating it and giving it out for free, because these companies refuse to do so and take the risk, and it's only after the hard work of fans and popularity has risen BECAUSE of the fan translation do they decide to license.

It makes sense from a business stand-point, because they're mitigating risk, but it still feels very scummy.
(though I suppose we're the scum bags from the author's perspective, so pot & kettle I guess)

Hmm, how do I put it... has this manga lost its steam? Having no stakes are nothing new, I've read a lot of Isekai, but there doesn't seem to be anything to really grab me. I don't know, I'm not even sure if there's anything specific I can point to as when it gets boring for me.
