It's kinda always like this with the kicked out MC subgenre, the motivations for kicking him out are always super flimsy and nonsensical. It's like, I guess they don't like that he takes an equal share of the loot and rewards despite being perceived to perform a less useful role than the others or something (despite willfully admitting that he does serve a useful role, just not a... sufficiently useful one I guess)? Both him and his childhood friend must be really shitty judges of character though if they managed to go this far without realizing that literally every other person in their party is a psychopath who would gleefully throw someone off a cliff for something trivial like that.

Woohoo, gotta love shiny garbage! Like many others titles that have done this rinse and repeat like remedy this one fails to convey WHY the "Heroes" dislikes our MC. In fact I'd say it's marginally depicted worst here considering:
1. He's actually good at healing and doesn't have some weird side effect or nerf.
2. He is not a F-D Rank fodder, and is in fact a B rank which is highly exceptional for theses story types.
3. He clear has some type of close ranged self-defense even if its not super its more than what most of these MC's start off with.

The only way I can even think of deciphering is that Blonde hair wants a harem and is jealous/mad that MC is closer with Yuki than he is.
