So Yatsuha said that Ryuma is only seeing things from one point, but he never offers other points of view, which makes it sound like he has nothing to offer and was just bullshitting his way in order to buy time until Ryuma calms down and is far away from Jin, so that he can't be recruited, at the end it all falls onto Mario to come up with excuses saying that people make mistakes when they fall into fear and despair, but then what about assholes that do it without having that as an excuse? like the harem of the previous king, or the king himself
Also Yatsuha's story highlights quite a big underlying problem, with 4 out of 7 branches destroyed what is the current plan to survive the dying planet anyways? seems like humanity just shitted over the one and only exit that was going to work, and now is subsisting on rumaging for recycled tech that is haphazardly being glued together, and that is not really a solution
I don't think betting it all on this kid Ryuma is fair either, since there's no reason for him to actually side in with humans, not only did their king rape his mom, which is the whole reason he came to be, after that they dismembered her in order to force him into surviving, and then they have him living while being persecuted and discriminated, and all of this for what really?
Are they going to use him as breeding bull to create a bunch of half albino half humans? as a pawn soldier to go and destroy the rest of the World Tree and its pillars?
I really want to know what King Mayu's end game plan is, because i just don't see it, maybe he never had a plan and is just doing this in order to get back at King Ryuma for betraying Jin and his kingdom
