btw, thank you for the chapter, I loved the effort taken to redraw the SFX's and to also cover the original ones by using the healing brush tool. Most scans fail to translate the SFX sounds nowadays and even those who do, just use a common font instead of drawing one similar to the original, and they rarely cover the old ones, such effort taken here makes this translation on par with Official translations both in effort and quality.

I had to double back and reread the previous chapters (specifically chapter 14 to check the ring), but THE Engagement Ring is specifically the one that Isir made for Lian, aka the ring that has powerful protective charms on it and was the only thing that remained on the charred corpse that they barely found once they got to the fancy house of the fief lord.
