I understand what you're saying and I'm warning that these are leaks but it seems that the manga is different from the novel so things are different.
Even if you read the novel this will only increase the excitement to read the manga

You can definitely talk about stuff that can happen, saying its a leak is you acknowledging that you are saying something that shouldn't be known, and that doesn't stop people from potentially glancing over and reading your comment but perhaps use the Spoiler especially if you know that to be the case, by the current chapter you're commenting on, the knowledge you're going to divulge is not known yet to the reader, while imo talking about oh he does more in the novel without going into the specifics or mentioning something that would give something away, is generally ok imo, otherwise do use a spoiler

im just kinda mad that the chapter ended on a cliffhanger when we haven't even known the character's fully yet. this chapter is split into two, putting it together, the amount of pages isn't enough to fully establish the premise. it's just showing that he was kicked out because he is perceived as useless. there are already so many stories like that, so setting up the premise is paramount. Yet, not much happened, then poof, a cliff hanger.

Saw that trope before. And it is shit. Main difference here is that here, Sasha still notice the MC every now and then and gives her hints to help him so MC does think of her positively. The one I am comparing is downright shit because they Ignore the MC, heck, I could even go as far as downright antagonizing the MC by making him jealous, dueling him, etc etc.

Please don´t be like Tsuihou Suru Gawa no Monogatari... so far the manga shows the MC as a bit entitled, i guess in the future it will show what was the good he contributed to the party... but so far i´m pre-disappointed because of Tsuihou Suru Gawa no Monogatari, i do not like this, it is almost the same as that other manga... hope they don´t go in that road

Seriously, how did you conclude that the protagonist is arrogant? He carries all the team's supplies on his back, from tents and clothes to even cooking utensils. How did he seem arrogant to you?

Spoiler: Concernig party members and their motivations

All of them are being massive dicks except the snowboard googles girl. Roland loves Sasha and massively jealous of MC, the lesbian saint is also on the same boat as Roland. The glasses dude doesn't really give a fuck, he is all about new knowledge. Sasha herself is just like the MC says she is. And only her becomes truely regretful in the future.

Roland becomes even a bigger dick then what shown here. Constantly trying to show off in front of MC whenever him and sasha bumps in to him acting like they are dating (even though Sasha doesn't give a fuck about him romanticly). They will all come to learn what is what in the future but this is not a revenge story. Sasha is as much of an MC of this story like the main guy.

Sounds like pure sh*t that would only make me mad with none of the party members getting f'ed up brutally.

The tank isn't like openly hostile (he has more mixed feelings with the Mc, it's not like he hates him but he won't lie he was a burden) but the priest, absolutely hates MC's guts with a passion and is visibly hostile even after everything (yes, even from the web novels I've been reading, her attitude to the mc never changed)

To be fair, they thought he would quit being an adventurer hence why they gave him the gold too, and when they saw he didn't, they (or at least Sasha) had faith in him, and even told him about a place to gather herbs which were quite valuable. He's been gathering herbs enough to get a reputation to be the "herb gatherer" and he's not dead yet, and he said oh I just killed 20 goblins today, the highest so far, so he shouldve submitted proof that he took them down for proof, and surely he's not completely useless in combat that he can't fight goblins at the very least.
And even if they kept him the party, to do the menial tasks, like carrying the loot, and such, which he did, he still couldn't help but do anything BUT stay put, endangering himself and the party.
