I hope you complete translating the rest of the episodes. They really deserve it. The hero's fighting style is very enjoyable. It's also a harem story for those asking about this.

With the premise and the cover alone seem like it's going to be another Edgy OP MC with a harem, quite similar to the arifureta series, even with eye-patch and all...
No it's different and also I don't like arifureta

Owh wow this was actually turned into a Manga~
I'm reading this in between other series so the context of the story is not too deep yet
.
Overall, it is not about a revenge story but more of a broken trust and shattered relationship between Sasha and Haise/Hyce. The story progression so far is SOOOOOOOOO much better than This in every way.
.
As mentioned, the story focus more on relationship and broken trust. Hyce was almost killed before he awakened his power, he assumes that Sasha and Co wanted to get rid of him by sending him into the fields to gather herbs with a black dragon near it. After that event, Hyce become a total anti social person who refuse to interact more than necessary. His skills allows him to summon various modern firearms that only he can use.
.
Now what this series done right is that after the broken relationship with Hyce and Sasha. Her party (Sacred) didn't immediately go into chaos because you know "A CORE MEMBERS IS NO LONGER THERE" trope. Instead, each of the member now required to master the role that Hyce use to fulfill and they managed to do so.
.
Sasha and Hyce relationship after the incident was very tense. Sasha really wanted to apologize to Hyce and wishes to reconcile so they can continue their dream of becoming great adventures. But Hyce on the other hand, retorts Sasha's by saying that she is just saying that so she can achieve her personal goal, and for Hyce that goal is no longer his goal and he doesn't give a single shit about it anymore. Despite all this, both Sasha and her Clan and Hyce still managed to reach the highest rank attainable, the only difference is their personal goal/
.
Sasha want's to create the strongest Clan to conquer the forbidden labyrinth while Hyce wishes to conquer it Solo but could not care less about glory and fame.

The fxck do they mean they don't know what a "weapon" is? Nvm. It seems like they don't understand the word itself.

Anyway, I hope the misunderstanding goes longer and the MC realizes that he doesn't need the FL to be strong.

Oof what a terrible start. I was expecting a typical 'gets a trash ability thats actually great' or 'isnt given a blessing at all' type thing thats pretty common, no they gave him a obvious great one and the guild master is just retarded? "uweapon master? whats that? well i dont know, so your obviously useless!" (Honestly, how is the airhead with the goggles on her head the smartest one of the bunch? If hes the master of something, figure out what that something is first??)

Kicked out of the party for your own good twisted with a whole lot of misunderstanding? Okay sure that is different at least, but the guy is just finding gun summoning books and going - huh maybe I should ask someone what this is? Let me guess, more 'we dont know what it is so its obvious trash"?

This is... pretty bad.
Some Arifureta (cringe too) with "banishment-because-too-weak" trope instead of active betrayal but urgh...

One one hand, MC with useless powers are in the wrong because they're fucking weak and may never be able to activate their abilities without plot armor, they're litterally burdens for others who have to make up for it.
But on the other hand... the party has such exagerated behaviors, and seeing from the dialogues, they didn't actually seem to hate MC like in many other manga/novels, the other guy is not even hostile to him until the banishment.
"Childhood friend" is the worst one it feels.
The mangaka just created something that makes no sense for the purpose of the plot already.

I hate her already... If you're still a friend, you could have told him way back then that he's not gonna cut it.
"Oh I need to protect him in some way, let's absolutely not talk about his glaring lack of usefulness in battle like adults, instead let's banish him..."
