I am not going to pretend like this is one of the best manga out there, not by a long shot... but this is one of the most original isekai manga that has been done in recent memory and I think that is what keeps it relevant, I mean there are hundreds if not thousands of manga that has an OP wimpy kiritio clone MC with his generic Harem, but what other manga has a OP cat as MC and a zoophilic elf? lol

Same difference haha. Tho this do have Isekai, they said that the hero that it's the master of the other elf girl was isekai'd from Japan.

Its getting boring, the author seems like didnt know where to bring the story and just throwing many thing (time travel, other-world). Now its introduce the most boring thing in isekai/fantasy which was a city that looks like japan.

The very notion is wrong and plainly silly. He's a FORMER human, who is now in fact a behemoth (that looks like a cat due to being that young). There's no such thing as "inside", besides his organs.
Though I recall a scene from "Star Wars - Return of the Jedi" where the human MC was indeed... inside of an animal.

Tama is is what he is. Namely a behemoth.
Who he is is who he is. His memories, preferences, and personality are the core of this.
What you are ≠ who you are.
Totally separate concepts.
Just as the former dragon is exactly that... a FORMER dragon. She remembers living a life as a dragon, but isn't one anymore.
Tama remembers living a life as a human, but isn't one anymore.
