It did, an official one. Because of that, nobody bothered with scanlating, so you won't find it here.

This manga have 2 season (so far)

Any translator can pick up from season 2 which they didn't license (yet).

It's a good read, the first season is tad rushed and feels like has alot of plothole hence there are reason why season 2 exist.

It's also could be tagged Yuri (considering how Sae herself is very possessive and it has "that" scene as well).

The raw is wrong as well.

I don't remember but you can find season 1 in internet as it was licensed and ripped.
For season 2 it was in raw, I don't bother much reading it though but it kind of continue where the season 1 left. Maybe. Somewhere along 34-40 chapter by now
