The entire character is ruined, shes more like some kind of little sister looking character for the rest of the manga, did the author really want to drive her out of the main girl spot that badly!?

Sabotage by one girl suggesting another girl to cut her hair significantly is a well known diversion tactic as old as the world itself. Apparently, it's also a pretty common stuff when hairdressers get jealous of girls with beautiful hair and persuade them into cutting their hair short out of spite to ruin their image.
If this really happens then it's a shame and I'm unpleasantly surprised considering she does this without any apparent ill intention. Still, I think it's not the first time I see something like that in manga/anime, and for sure I've seen that happening IRL.

P.S.: Yup, she looks so much worse on the volume cover, it's a fucking shame beyond comprehension why the author did this to her.

This manga ver can be slightly better if they adapt WN ver 😆...since vol 2 LN main conflict are lame

And manga won't adapt vol 3 LN...it direct to very end of vol 3 ..skipping every story inside it
