It's a weekly series, they spent like 4 months without a single update and only bothered to scan this series again after someone tried to continue.
I hope we have regular updates again. But if they will only update if a sniper appears again, this series is over.

He doesn't have a harem, but he's rizzing a lot of girls and heroines so far. (Class E - Kuga, Risa. Class A - Akira Tenma, Second Year Class A - Kirara Kusonoki).
Tsukishima could not steal Kaoru from him, but he managed to cuck our MC by stealing his game's waifu (Kikyo Sera).
About Kaoru his CF, she can't be romanced anymore due to MC not triggering any of her flags and the fact that she already accepted that he changed, he's no longer that scumbag she used to hate. (She's now ultra focused on learning the truth about our MC)
At the end of this arc, she sees him on his lean form, and currently she wants to spend more time with him like going into the dungeon and such, but he's running away from her.
MC managed to hire one of the game's strongest tutors to train her and his classmates.

About other players, there's two already revealed.
Demon Boy also known as Arthur who will show up at the end of this competition and will join Souta's team and his family.
Mad Dog known as Kirigaya Sousuke, currently the leader of that clan of scumbags Sorel, but at the moment of this arc he's with the Golden Orchid Clan, made a shitton of money with his player knowledge and is going up in world, his clan is one of the main antagonists of the story.

Lmao same here, I don't recognize half those names cause I just don't care for this story that much. It being MTL and inconsistent updates also contributed to that as well.

The manga is different from the Novel in a number of ways. (Kaoru is annoying and always have a bad attitude towards the MC, here in the manga she's far more caring and their relationship is already on friendly terms.)
There's a lot of skipped content from the novels, also one boss is missing and there are characters who are either missing or haven't shown up (like Kaoru's father, Souta should have spoken with him by now, and he ends up asking him to take care of his daughter and look after her).

I knew Kuga, cause dark-skinned, tomboyish petanko girl is up my alley even if I am not fan of short hair. Plus she was mentioned in the latest updated chapters.
Wont lie, would need to re-read to see who the Akira is, cause the info you gave doesn't really help me much. Thou if she huge titied - I don't really care .
Third player helps - cause its the title of the chapter so easy to check - blond wanna-be player.
Can't see the rest if they didn't appear in the manga, so wonder how they would look like, especially Sera supposed waifu.

My preference is small tits and as personalities aren't really that visible yet in manga so looks is mostly what I go after for now, so thus far I liked only Kuga, that dark hired girl who was jumping in the 43th chapter cheering on, and IIRC that one girl who "investigated" when some bad dudes wanted to hurt or out-right kill MC and a girl he was doing some tests with or something. IIRC that girl also had small rack, thou I am not sure if its not the same one as the cheering one lol.

The whole manga is kinda lame thus far, not sure if its cause of the premise/way its written/draw, or is it bad quality translations that seems to be all over the place especially in some of the latest chapters. Its like there are a lot of "hidden things" but they are so random and so slowly explained, that I don't really have any hooks to keep me interested. To the point I wonder why I even bother reading - probably to lazy to remove from bookmarks lol.

EDIT: Ah just re-read the promotional stuff, cause curiosity won. That petanko girl he was testing with is indeed the jumping one. Just that her pony-tail is magically far shorter than it should be, seeing how her default hair is quite long double braids. And also the petanko investigator girl who I also liked, is actually the Kirara girl you mentioned (as his "rizzed girl from 2nd class A).
