He's always been drawn extremely disproportionate to everyone else (in his fat form), you just don't usually get a good comparison shot like that. His head is enormous, even discounting the fatness of it.

But yeah, it always weirds me out a bit how he's almost drawn in a chibi way when everyone else is normally proportioned.
