When you hear about mothers lifting the end of a car to get to their children, you never hear about the ruptured muscles and tendons (and even broken bones) they gained while doing such a feat. And that wyvern looks like it would be a teensy bit heavier than the back end of a car. Not to mention, he lifted it straight up. Which means he was holding the entire weight of such a massive creature (meat, bone and scales are NOT light in that kind of quantity) with his own body. So if he's not in TRACTION in the next chapter, it wasn't adrenaline.
