@CursedLight Ah, yes, it was fidget spinner villain who brought in guns, but whatever... If you think about it, Saike's whole argument was finding exception in accesibility.
Oracles are diverse tools used by individuals and depending on type of ability they could be regarded as lethal force, hense comparison to guns. Nukes on the other hand came from nowhere, cannot be used or produced by single individuum and cannot realistically be controlled after they are used. Common ground disappeared completely.
