Soooo just to be clear, part of his plan involves getting that justice agent back in office so he can use him as a pawn right? That’s the same dude who he’s blackmailing for his…internet in children, right? I don’t really think even Noel would be happy about giving someone like that more power if it means increasing his reach


The only question is how far has Noel come in the last 40 or so chapters. Their “fight” last time was a one sided beat down with the dude literally grabbing his heart out of his chest. Does he have a shot now? and if so, how’s the mafia gonna react to him taking out one of their Big shots?

Knowing Noel, he put a listening bug in the office expecting this confession, and just need to retrieve it and run away, then use law enforcement to tie up remaining loose ends.

Or have clanmates nearby prepared for this ambush. I highly doubt Noel would fight solo when there is no reason to, unless he is going to make this guy an example for others.
