Well considering the MC is age 11 and that boy suppose to be older, I'm guessing he's 12 and somehow knows what sexual harassment is...honestly a overlook on the author here cause I can't visualize a 12 year old even having strong romantic feelings, let alone sexual ones to another 12/11 year old. (could always be wrong though)
