It was stated that Effie's spirit abilities were from elven atavism, but I'm pretty sure she looked quite human last chapter. Were her ears always slightly pointy and I just didn't notice?

A new arc. With that opening, I think that would be a political around the noble arc. (・~・)

This looks like speculation that is just an excuse to derail the thread into politics. Plenty of other places to talk politics. MD forums currently isn't one of them.
Probably the next villain would just be like the Quran burner and Swedish government: a bunch of hypocritus maleficum idioticus who kept on hiding inside their double standards using "freedom of speech" while it actually is hate speech. Meh.... And criticizing them would just be called antisemitism.

i think that girl in the last pages were Yuki(Foxspirit)
Yeah, importantly, he's openly talking about his "past world" with her. If it was Efi, that'd be a blatant cat-out-of-the-bag moment he'd have to cover up for.

What I liked the most about this chapter was his explanation about politics and how it IS A REAL THING.

Plenty of people don't realize how politics actually works, the way one has to think about the exact words one says and the intention about everything, and simply believe the MCs should simply overpower everyone and become the grand ruler of the entire setting just because they can.

One of the main points of this manga IS ABOUT POLITICS. And yet MD is banning me when I'm talking about politics related about this manga (I'm comparing this manga to the politics happening IRL). Wtf is wrong?

My friend, the problem is that you're mostly posting about real world politics with only a passing glance at the manga; hell, if we took away the first 8 words of your previous post, we'd lose nothing at all and it wouldn't change from the content.

It's one thing to compare them, but what you're doing isn't so much comparing them but more like using them as a foothold to bring real world politics into the fray.

Worst part is that you're not even so much mentioning the topic of politics, but mostly complaining and name calling real world politicians. You could have talked about realpolitik, the meaning behind gift giving, the effects of inter-country alliances on war, lines of succession and power struggles, speeches with double meaning for whomever may be hearing it, etc; but no, you simply started mentioning real life politicians, not even real world events and the politics behind them, and began blasting them.

That's why you're getting "banned", not so because you're inserting real life politics into manga, but because you're inserting it wrong and using manga as a cover to complain about politicians.
