Nice that this got picked up. Even the "official" translations has stopped at chapter 29 for 8 months (at time of me typing this). The delay to the duel is appreciative since it wouldn't be a case of random bullshit powerup but now it is more of a reasonable powerup. Thanks for the translations.

Loved that they tried to make it sound like a minor inconvenience because there's still a backup road, but I doubt it's as wide/easy to travel on so there will definitely be an impact on the people.
