The world record for the fastest punch is 45 MPH. Converting this to feet yields 66 feet per second. Assuming the opponent is three feet away, this would equal 22 punches per second. This does not account for retracting the arm, fatigue from repeatedly striking in rapid succession among other things. In any case, in order to reach 100 PPS (punches per second) Seiya would need to punch about 4.5 times faster than the world record holder. The Mantis Shrimp has the fastest "punch" in the entire animal kingdom at a mere 50 mph. Seiya's PPS when he first shows his ryu sei ken would roughly equate to the top speed of a 2016 Maserati Quattroporte: 178 MPH. The speed of sound is ~767 MPH--about four times more than his current speed. If Seiya were to punch at the speed of sound, he would thus be punching well over 300 PPS. Seiya's arms are also able to extend and retract simultaneously, as each of the punches would have to happen at the same time to reach this speed so again, reaching the speed of sound is the least of his worries when it comes to what humans are incapable of.

Think how fast he'd be able to beat his meat.
