So this additional “development” (or should I say reduction) in clothing maybe why not all the pages are fully done. Ritz may have redone some pages/panels for the clothing and to make sure the angles are just “right” (for the author at least).

I do wonder if there really is an outsized number of fans who are demanding more fanservice.

there weren’t much development in the first half compared to other captain matches like Nagano one, zenkoku-hen (?) one or even Achiga. All everyone did was only showcasing their skills. Hope the latter half can get the game more interesting. I want to see the girls fighting, not just Saki struggling but everyone fighting each other.
