There is a certain degree of it with Nodoka, but the real grower seems to be Awai (the blonde girl in the current match). She first showed up in chapter 56, and was basically flat. Every single cut scene that showed her (generally talking with Teru) seemed to have her breasts grow larger. And now that they're in the match, her breasts are gargantuan. (See her resting them on the table during match setup in the last few chapters.)

My suspicion is that her breast size is tied to her powers in some way. Just like some other characters increase in power over time (for example, Shizuno in the current match gets stronger the further into the wall they go), my thought is that they represent her accumulated power for the tournament. That's probably also why she was put in the captain position, in order to maximize that benefit.

Most other characters do not seem to change over time. Those with large breasts may gain a little bit (Nodoka being the most egregious example), but the flat girls stay flat. The fact that Awai started flat and grew to gargantuan proportions is definitely the anomaly.

Man, I wish Ritz would put the scoreboard up every chapter. It's kind hard to track the scores when the chapters are two months apart. The last time the scoreboard appeared was 4 months ago.

They did show the scores on page 8, after Saki's first rinshan kaihou. They're digital numbers in the center of the table facing each character.

Based on Saki's first discard, we know the score at the bottom is Saki's, and is thus the scores are shown from her perspective. Shizuno is on the left, and Awai is opposite. So scores clockwise are:

Kiyosumi (Saki): 89,400
Achiga (Shizuno): 70,300
Shiraitodai (Awai): 107,800
Rinkai (Nelly): 138,500

Saki got baiman for her hand (16,000 as a non-dealer, split as 8,000 from dealer/4,000 from non-dealers). Since the dealer was Nelly, she lost 8,000 while Saki gained 16,000, narrowing the gap between them by 24,000 (as mentioned by the commentators), plus another 1000 for the dealer stick Nelly had at the time (also mentioned by the commentators).

And after the second rinshan kaihou, with Awai as the dealer (no dealer stick), it should be:

Kiyosumi (Saki): 89,400 + 16,000 = 105,400
Achiga (Shizuno): 70,300 - 4,000 = 66,300
Shiraitodai (Awai): 107,800 - 8,000 = 99,800
Rinkai (Nelly): 138,500 - 4,000 = 134,500


I suspect Shizuno is going to have to hit Nelly a couple times to bring the scores together enough for the stakes to look close, since Achiga got their own spin-off series, so has to be a real threat.
