Also I believe the third panel from the same page should be "So why is it that every time I look at him I get a strange sensation".

There are a couple other things, but it's more on phrasing than anything else, the point still gets across and I don't want to be picky.

I wonder how strong his kotodama is, since it seems he can directly affect their bodies.

Actually, 'h' is special and treated like a vowel for this. No one does that, but it's what is technically correct.

Anyway, I read hanamiko with a mute h, that's why I wrote an hanamiko.
I'm sorry for my bad English ╥⁠﹏⁠╥ and for trusting too much the translator.

Actually neither, she is the daughter of his step brother so they are not related by blood and they are niece and uncle just on paper.
However, because they age difference isn't that much, she calls him "oniisan" because he's more of a brother than an uncle to her.
