The other meaning is not really important, and it is difficult to translate directly (it should be like "The bath of nostalgia for the homeland").
In the sign they read "hou kyou no yu" in hiragana (Japanese main alphabet) which is the name of the bath and is the way to read "豊胸の湯" (Breast Augmentation bath), which is the first thing they thought about after reading it
