Best hope is to just try to get the message through on the latest chapters,or hope that reporting it will allow the mods to chat up the scanlator.
Reporting is an interesting idea but I'd be concerned about it being deemed an abuse of the report function.

If the friend likes the protagonist too and the sister likes the friend (incest) then I'm out, like I can enjoy trouble and fiction no problem but if they over mega complicate things that are already difficult to deal with separated then it becomes a headache... So far all I can say is that the art is pretty and the plot is quite bold
