I went straight to the last volume. I didn't bother reading in depth. As usual there is some drama/intrigue going on. More importantly:
- MC confesses to the emotionless girl and she tells him she loves him too
- the American girl confesses to MC and he says she loves her too, but rejects her (maybe something similar went with the emotionless girl)
- MC has sex with the main girl
- after the thing, the main girl tells MC that he has to make EVERYONE happy
- MC is taken aback, but since he likes the other 2 girls isn't against it (nothing more happens that night)
- MC and the 3 girls go to school
- there is a new girl in class there which brings some confusion
- actually, there is a small army of girls just outside of school (all the girls from the catalogue MC was shown earlier in the manga)
- MC thought EVERYONE meant the 3 girls, but turns out it's a much larger number
