Is kinda strange how the porn version of this manga actually develope a lot better the relationship between MC and the nurses, and give a lot more depth to their personalities.
In SFW version the MC is just a nuisance they have sporadically to deal with, and they despise him like it's his fault that he have his hands broken or burned... (i don't remember) and he can't fap. Like he did it on purpose to annoy them.
And their character is a lot more one dimensional. Like: Angry, Creepy, Angry and Violent, Idiot... literal walking tropes. While for example the creepy nurse here is shown to be very submissive and kind of a coward. And her attitude come from the frustration of being dominated or even bullied by both the other nurses and the patients. And she evolve a liking for the MC cause he is a character that cannot hurt her.

that's mainly since it's a more faithful adaptation of the CG than per se the sfw manga so.
