I member when this manga was about a softcore's version of a hentai about a kid with a boner and destroyed hands in a hospital full of demonic nurses. I member

I remember when this was an softcore adaptation of a DLsite CG about a manlet with a strange genetic disease in a hospital in which the senior nurses traffic drugs made by a crazy and loud doctor to criminal organizations. I remember.

Yeah Mako's backstory consists of
Parental abuse so she's killed and mindbroken people to survive and protect her sister.
Does this justify manufacturing illegal drugs?
NO.
Absolutely fucking NOT.
Said drugs are why Mia is fucking insane since someone was being an enabler and overprotective.

@genderbenderbb2 Is there a reason didn't you put Mako's given name when it's in the raws?

If you checked the CG you'd know it's correct.

Sorry for the necropost but her name isn't really a big spoiler in itself IMO. It does nothing to detract from the experience of readers unlike her backstory

If it's because people have only seen the incomplete adaptations, IDK what to say. (this adaptation itself has been axed early lol)

Generally the lore should be similar to the original, drug plot included. Only difference is how it's dealt with, as Aizawa and Yamada aren't that present in the all ages version, with Aizawa not existing in this version. This is because
Aizawa is an undercover cop who puts a hidden camera on Yamada and tells him about the shady shit going on. .
